This disclosure describes how Stream IT Networks LLC manages traffic on our fixed wireless broadband network. We believe in full transparency about our practices and are proud to operate a net-neutral network.

We do not block, throttle, or prioritize any internet traffic based on its source, destination, content, or application. All data on our network is treated equally regardless of:
We do not engage in paid prioritization. No third party can pay us to deliver their content faster than anyone else's.
Our primary response to congestion is capacity investment. When we identify a congested link or sector, we increase backhaul capacity, add radios, or split sectors to restore headroom. We do not throttle individual subscribers as a response to congestion.
For fair bandwidth sharing during peak periods, we use LibreQoS, an open-source Quality of Experience platform trusted by over 900 ISP networks worldwide. LibreQoS was voted 2025 WISPA Product of the Year by wireless internet operators.
LibreQoS uses CAKE (Common Applications Kept Enhanced) and fq_codel (Fair Queue Controlled Delay) — queue management algorithms developed by the networking community specifically to solve bufferbloat and ensure fairness.

This system is the gold standard for net-neutral traffic management. It prevents any single subscriber or flow from degrading the experience of others — without ever looking at what the traffic actually is.

LibreQoS is fully open-source software. Its code, algorithms, and behavior are publicly auditable on GitHub. We chose it specifically because transparency matters to us — you don't have to take our word for how traffic is managed, you can read the code yourself.
